We will continue to provide our customers with the great service that we have been delivering since we opened our doors. Have you recently purchased a chair or a scooter from us and you’re not liking how it’s running? You can bring it to us and we will ensure it gets back to you in a way that you are happy. We sell high-quality products but if you are not satisfied with them we will make any necessary adjustments for you. There are many different services that we provide to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase:
- In-Home Assessment
In-Home Assessments will help to ensure you are getting the product or products that will help you in living your best day to day life. You choose the products that you need and we will bring them to you. If the product requires a setup, we will do that for you as well. - Home Delivery and Setup Services
If you are unable to make it into our store for any reason we will come to you with the products that you need. - In-House Service
Some products if not properly serviced can become a health hazard. Because of this, our trained technicians can service all of the home health care products we sell. If your product was not purchased through us we can still service them. However, some restrictions may apply.
Our technicians will ensure that all products are set up and serviced in order to best serve you. We can come to you, wherever you may be!
